Opening Attachments in Outlook Express

If you are unable to open any attachments in Outlook Express
  1. Start the program
  2. Go to Tools / Options
  3. Click on the Security tab
  4. Uncheck Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus
