Outlook Can't Create Item Error

If you get the error Can't Create Item when attempting to open an attachment for Outlook,

the \Windows\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Forms\Frmcache.dat
file may be corrupted.

Simply delete this file and restart Outlook
