To speed up the Start Menu

Start the REGEDIT program

1. Search for the word desktop
2. This should be in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT / CLSID / {00021400...
3. Right Click on the right panel
4. Pick NEW / String Value.
5. Name it MenuShowDelay, all one word.
6. Select a value from 1-10, 1 being the fastest.
7. Exit REGEDIT
8. Restart Windows
