To remove the Network Neighborhood Icon

Start POLEDIT. It is on the CD in \Admin\Apptools\Poledit
  1. Open Registry
  2. Select LocalUser
  3. Select Shell
  4. Select Restrictions
  5. Select Hide Network Neighborhood
