For the following steps, make sure you have the Folder List selected in Outlook
SENDING CONTACTS
- Start a new email
- In the TO section, select the users you want to receive the contacts
- Select Insert / Item
- Scroll to Contacts
- Highlight the contacts you want to send
- To select multiple items, hold down the control key
- Click OK when finished
- Send the mail
RECEIVING CONTACTS
- Have both your main Folder List and e-mail visible
- Select all the contacts
- Drag them to the Contacts folder
