Make Icons 256 Color 16-Bit

Open the Registry
  1. Hit Ctrl+F
  2. Type Shell Icon BPP
  3. When found, right click the Shell Icon BPP icon
  4. Click Modify
  5. Change the value from 4 to 16
  6. Click Ok
  7. Close the registry
  8. Restart your computer
