Disabling CDs AutoRun

If you want to disable Windows95's ability to automatically start CD's when they are inserted:

1. Open the Device Manager
2. Open CD ROM
3. Double-click on your CD Player
4. Click on the Settings tab
5. Un-check Auto insert notification
