Configuring for Multiple User Accounts

You can configure Outlook Express for multiple user accounts or Identities

1. Go to File / Identities / Add New Identity
2. Click on the New button
3. Enter in the Name for this Identity
4. Click on the OK button
5. When prompted to switch, click on the Yes button
6. Since this is a new account, you will then be prompted to either Create or Import Account Information. If you only use Outlook Express, choose Create an New Internet Mail Account
7. Follow the prompts and enter in the:
  • Display Name
  • E-Mail Address
  • POP3 and SMTP Server Names
  • Account Name and Password
8. Once the new Identity is created, you can switch by simply selecting File / Switching Identity
